Mach-Aire Laminar Flow Cabinets
Where non-pathogenic materials or micro-small components require product protection from externally generated contamination, our various ranges of bench-mounted laminar flow clean air cabinets and larger application downflow enclosures and crossflow tunnels are the ideal solution. Constructed from either polished stainless steel or epoxy-coated mild steel and including the latest filtration and air moving equipment they provide high levels of working cleanliness at cost-effective prices.

The vertical uni-directional airflow characteristics provides 0.3micron H.E.P.A. filtered non-turbulent air over the entire work area.
Although this type of cabinet is designed primarily to provide product protection only, (dependent upon the model type) acceptable levels of operator protection can also be achieved.
Horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinets

Possibly the oldest design-concept cabinet around, this model type is still widely used throughout the clean air markets.
Suitable for direct location onto the laboratory bench or alternatively, mounted on its own support frame, this cabinet (similar to the vertical cabinets) can be supplied with a vast variety of optional accessories including U.P.S. (Uninterrupted Power Supply).

A quick, convenient & cost-effective way of providing ultra-clean working environments over large floor areas (without the need to build a clean room) is to provide either vertical or horizontal flow modules (dependent on the work application).
Subject to their size and shape they are either self-supporting, mobile or suspended from the main structure.
Unidirectional, vertical or horizontal modules are supplied in bolt-together component form to facilitate site access requirements.
Simply specify the work area dimensions necessary to be enclosed, together with preferred method of unit support.
