Following installation and validation tests of your new Mach-Aire product you will have a facility that should reduce the failure rate, increase productivity and is both user-friendly & efficient to work with.
However, this is not the end. It is vitally important to systematically monitor and maintain the facility's optimum performance throughout its life expectancy.
Mach-Aire provides efficient service responses to our customer's needs and competent solutions to their problems - wherever in the world they are.
Mach-Aire's factory-trained national service engineers and network of international agents are full conversant with your containment or clean air facility to be able to exchange or replace spare parts, re-calibrate measurement devices and offer advice & help throughout the facility's working life.
We recognise that our quality of service is not just to provide a product. It also involves using our extensive experience to assist our customers before, during and after any sale.

- Free Advice - We will gladly advise on the selection of the appropriate type of cabinet, or other product, to suit specific requirements.
- Telephone Help Line - Reliable, expert staff are always available between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday to assist customers promptly and positively ensuring they derive maximum benefit from our products.
- Training - If necessary, we will instruct your employees in the practical use and maintenance of isolators, safety cabinets or clean air cabinets. A video of instructions / assistance is also available.
- After Sales Service - If required, we will maintain your unit through a renewable planned yearly service contract, ensuring it always operates as if new. Unexpected problems will also be dealt with promptly, generally within 24 hours.
- Spares and Consumables - Our well equipped stores carry recommended spare parts and consumable items, such as pre-filters, for immediate delivery.
