Mach-Aire are a well established UK company, who over a period of nearly 20 years have been involved in the design and manufacture of dust and fume extraction systems.

Their wealth of experience extends from bench mounted and walk-in Fume Cupboards, to Aseptic Pharmacy Clean Rooms, as well as Containment and Aseptic Isolators, Downflow Booths and other dust containment benches and hoods.

Operating from their 3,500m² facility, Mach-Aire has over 65 employees, and has had ISO 9001 accreditation since 1996.

Mach-Aire is constantly developing new and innovative solutions, specifically tailored to meet their expanding customer base both within the UK and in their growing export markets. The Chinese market is particularly important, and Mach-Aire partner Tech Labway Co., Ltd, a Shanghai-based company which enables local manufacture of some of their products.

The substantial client base includes many UK and Irish Universities, NHS Trusts and Private Hospitals, Building Contractors and multinational Pharmaceutical Companies.

In recent years Mach-Aire has been selected by two major Pharmaceutical Companies to assist them in the design of leading edge Fume Cupboards and associated equipment. This has resulted in a highly novel and unique solution allowing total flexibility in a Laboratory environment.

Additionally, Mach-Aire has developed Fume Cupboards with reduced air volumes to give substantial energy savings, as well as Low Carbon Fume Cupboards, reducing their carbon footprint by nearly 50%.
